Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom or personalized items (including monogrammed, name, or made-to-order designs) are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
If your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part (such as misspelling or incorrect design), you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.

We are happy to offer an exchange or replacement for custom items when the issue is due to our error.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items that are not custom or monogrammed may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item has not been customized or monogrammed
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes original shipping charges and any upgraded shipping options selected at checkout.
Care Disclaimer
Dream Valley Embroidery is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, drying, ironing, or normal wear and tear.
Please follow all care instructions provided with your item. Failure to do so may result in damage that is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Local Pickup Policy
We are happy to offer local pickup for our customers at Phases Beauty Studio in Attalla.
Please read carefully before selecting local pickup at checkout:
• Payment: All items must be paid in full before they will be released for pickup. No exceptions.
• Pickup Notification: You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.
• Pickup Window: Orders must be picked up within 3 days of receiving your pickup notification.
• Unclaimed Orders: If your order is not picked up within the 3-day window, a shipping invoice will be sent. Your order will not be released until shipping is paid. No exceptions.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS AFTER THEY ARE PLACED OUT FOR PICKUP!!
